Do I need technical experience?
No. We build and set up your store, then provide personal training so you can manage products, prices, stock and orders with confidence.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, business information, product images and a completed product spreadsheet. We provide the template so you know exactly which names, descriptions, prices and other details to send.
Can I sell services as well as products?
Yes. You can list up to 30 products or services. If you need appointment booking, subscriptions or other specialist features, tell us first so we can confirm the scope and any additional costs.
Can I add more than 30 products later?
Yes. We initially upload up to 30 products or services. Your training covers adding more yourself, and you can ask us about paid upload services or upgrades as your catalogue grows. Any changes to hosting or service costs will be discussed first.
Can you register my domain?
Yes. Domain registration or transfer is part of the setup. We confirm availability, the domain extension and any transfer requirements before you pay your deposit.
Will customers be able to pay online?
Yes. We set up a supported online payment gateway. Payment-provider approval requirements and transaction fees are separate from the store package.
Will you show me how to process orders?
Yes. Choose a customised training video or a live Microsoft Teams session. We show you how to manage products, prices, stock and customer orders.
What happens if I need help afterwards?
Your first year includes managed hosting, updates, maintenance and basic technical support. After that, you can continue the managed service for R235 per month, including hosting, domain renewal, updates, maintenance and basic technical support.
How do the payment options work?
Both options start with a R2,975 deposit. With the standard option, the remaining R2,975 is due on completion: R5,950 in total. With the instalment option, you pay R289 per month for 12 months after the deposit: R6,443 in total. This is R493 more than the standard option. We confirm when instalments begin in your written agreement.
How long will it take to launch my store?
We confirm your build schedule once we have reviewed your requirements. Timing depends on receiving your completed spreadsheet, images, business information and any payment-provider approvals.

Are supplier stock feeds included?
This package focuses on a straightforward starter store. Automated supplier stock or price feeds, specialist integrations, premium add-ons and additional work can be quoted separately.
